4-Week Microgreens Course

The Micro 4 Week Microgreens Course was designed to allow the student to become self-sufficient in producing Microgreens. Supplementing one’s diet naturally and organically with Microgreens densely rich in vitamins, minerals,
antioxidants, folic acid, and plant proteins.

The demographics will be geared toward youth, veterans, nursing homes, HUD Communities, and children under the autism spectrum. The course is set to provide about 20 students with knowledge and understanding for repeatable success in a 120-minute-per-week classroom and hands-on environment that will span four weeks. Sub-divided into two categories: Nutritional Learning and Hands-on Gardening.

Microgreens to be grown are subject to supply and demand but should include but may not be limited to Broccoli, Kale, Red Cabbage, Speckled Peas, and Black Oil Sunflower.
