Each of our programs is uniquely designed to support youth in pursuing the skills they need to live a successful life while ensuring they stay productive members of society. All of our programs are built on the Seven Core Army Values.

The Seven Army Core Values

Loyalty

Bearing true faith and allegiance is a matter of believing in and devoting yourself to something or someone.

Integrity

Doing what is right, legally and morally, is integrity. To have integrity, you must do and say nothing that deceives others. As your integrity grows, so does the trust that others have in you.

Duty

Fulfilling your obligations and carrying out more than your assigned share is at the core of what duty means. Instead of taking shortcuts that undermine the integrity of the final product, you go above and beyond to ensure the best result.

Personal Courage

Courage allows you to face fear, danger, or adversity. By standing up for and acting upon the things you know are honorable, you build your personal courage.

SELFLESS SERVICE

Selfless service is larger than just one person. In serving your community, doing without thought of recognition or gain. The basic building block of selfless service is the commitment of each team member to go a little further, endure a little longer, and look a little closer to see how he or she can add to the effort.

Respect

Treating others the way you want to be treated is at the core of Army values. We believe strongly that respect is what allows us to appreciate the best in other people. Additionally, self-respect is a vital ingredient that results from knowing you put in your best efforts. We aim to help youth generate self-respect through our programs.

HONOR

Living up to the 7 values. People who develop the habit of being honorable and solidify that habit with every value choice they make. Honor is a matter of carrying out, acting, and living the values of respect, duty, loyalty, selfless service, integrity, and personal courage in everything you do.

Our Programs

We offer programs in three distinct categories.

Community

Financial Literacy

Arts & Gardening

Filming

Each of these programs is designed to strengthen confidence, teach new skills, and enhance our community.

Leaders Teaching Leaders

To build a better tomorrow you have to teach the next generation to be better leaders. That’s what we do. Our programs are run and supervised by Active Duty Military members who practice what they preach. From teaching how to apply Army values to building relationship skills, our program leaders understand the importance of these skills and how to translate them for young minds. We also believe in empowering our veterans to hold fulfilling roles in continuing service to their community. That’s why we provide plenty of opportunities for veterans to teach and empower the up-in-coming generations.
