Lennard Simpson is a dedicated nonprofit leader and the Executive Director of Vets for Youth, a North Carolina-based initiative under Southern CC Inc. With a strong background in program development, organizational leadership, and community engagement, he has been instrumental in empowering veterans and at-risk youth. His expertise lies in strategic planning, fundraising, and partnership-building to sustain nonprofit growth.

Vets for Youth has expanded its outreach and developed impactful mentorship programs. Notably, he launched a real estate education initiative to equip troubled youth with the skills and knowledge needed to become successful real estate agents. By collaborating with industry professionals, he provides hands-on training in licensing, sales techniques, and entrepreneurship.
